Jeremy Gooden
Interim President & Chief Executive Officer
Jeremy Gooden leads Ironcore Construction as Interim President & CEO and serves as Managing Director and Head of Construction for CRP Affordable Housing and Community Development, Ironcore's vertically integrated affordable-housing platform. A senior construction executive with more than 20 years of experience, he has directed multifamily and mixed-use developments from concept through delivery for prominent West Coast owners and builders including Lowe Enterprises, CBG Building Company, and the Irvine Company. His portfolio spans landmark work such as the 1.1M-SF MainPlace Mall mixed-use redevelopment, the 408-unit / $225M Carina Apartments, and more than 2,000 units of luxury multifamily delivered as an owner's representative at Irvine Company. He holds an M.B.A. in Finance from Pepperdine University, a B.A. from U.C. Berkeley, and a California General Contractor's license.
Joel Hammer
Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Joel Hammer leads Ironcore's finance and accounting functions. He brings more than 25 years of experience directing the financial, accounting, and administrative operations of real estate investment companies, with deep involvement in development and construction finance as well as IPOs and M&A transactions. He spent the early part of his career at KPMG before serving 17 years as CFO of AIG's Global Real Estate Group, where he helped grow the platform to more than $25 billion in assets under management. A CPA, he graduated magna cum laude from the State University of New York with a bachelor's degree in accounting.
Aaron Rafelle
Chief Operating Officer
Aaron Rafelle serves as Chief Operating Officer, with enterprise-wide accountability for Ironcore's operations, shared services, technology platform, and reporting infrastructure across a multifamily portfolio exceeding $663 million. Since joining Ironcore in 2025 — first as VP of Operations and now as COO — he has acted as ownership's turnaround lead on distressed projects, built the company's scheduling department and project-controls backbone, and stood up executive forecasting, dashboards, and hiring-governance systems. Over a career spanning journeyman trades to the executive suite, he has directed more than $4.5 billion in cumulative construction value and 5M+ SF, including prior roles as COO/RME at Pacific Coast Construction & Development and COO of BFA Residential. He holds an MSW/MBA from Loma Linda University (magna cum laude), a California General Contractor's license, and a California Real Estate Broker's license.
Dan Cervantes
Director of Human Resources
Dan Cervantes leads Ironcore's human resources function, overseeing platform recruiting, workforce support, compliance, and total rewards. A business-first HR executive with more than 15 years of experience, he has led multi-state people operations for large real estate and property-management organizations — including Investment Property Group (600+ employees across 13 states) and Cal-Am Properties (2,100+ employees across 8 states). He most recently served as VP of Human Resources for Chicanos Por La Causa, a 2,000-employee healthcare and housing nonprofit. Dan holds an M.B.A. from Chapman University and a B.S. from the University of Maryland, and is both a SHRM-SCP and a PHR. He is a U.S. Air Force veteran.
Wyatt Barrett
Director of Preconstruction
Wyatt Barrett directs Ironcore's preconstruction services, leading estimating, buyout, procurement, and project planning. With more than 20 years of experience across California multifamily and affordable housing, he manages projects from early feasibility through construction commencement, including conceptual and GMP budgeting, value engineering, constructability analysis, and subcontractor procurement. His representative body of work comprises 36 projects, 2,597 units, and more than $893 million in construction value across California, with particular depth in LIHTC and prevailing-wage developments. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from San Diego State University and a California Real Estate Broker's license.
Anthony (Tony) Baxley
Director of Project Management / RME
Anthony Baxley leads Ironcore's construction-delivery organization and serves as the company's Responsible Managing Employee, holding the California contractor's license under which Ironcore operates. With more than 14 years delivering complex, large-scale projects across California, he oversees Ironcore's project executives and management teams across a growing affordable-multifamily portfolio, and currently leads the $65M, 130-unit 69th Street Apartments in Sacramento. His earlier career includes marquee assignments as a project engineer on the $500M Golden 1 Center and the $1.3B Levi's Stadium, along with award-winning affordable-housing delivery. He holds a B.S. in Construction Management from CSU Sacramento and is OSHA 30 certified.
Shannon Lewis
Project Executive
Shannon Lewis brings more than 16 years of experience managing ground-up and capital-improvement multifamily and commercial projects from pre-development through delivery. She specializes in financial reporting, budget development, scope and constructability review, procurement, and schedule recovery, with a strong command of the full change-order, RFI, submittal, and closeout lifecycle. Her background includes federal VA rehabilitation work, design-build oceanfront residences, and production multifamily delivery for Lennar. Shannon holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of San Diego.
Darius McGee
Project Executive
Darius McGee is a construction executive with more than 25 years of experience leading project teams for developers, contractors, and owners. He has served as Director of Construction for affordable-housing developers and as a Senior Project Manager at Turner Construction, where he directed project-management services from concept to occupancy on the $170M LAUSD District B school-modernization program. As founder and president of Grace Builders International, he provides development, construction-management, and consulting services across a broad range of projects. Darius holds a Master of Real Estate Development and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Southern California and is a licensed California General Contractor (Class B).
Doug Brown
Project Executive
Douglas Brown brings more than 30 years of experience delivering multifamily and mixed-use projects exceeding $500 million in cumulative value. He has served as Director of Construction for multiple California developers — most recently Legado Company and Chandler Partners — directing full-lifecycle delivery from preconstruction through closeout with a consistent focus on cost control, schedule efficiency, and quality. His award-winning project history includes the NAHB Pillars-recognized Mountain View Senior Apartments and the 226-unit Almaden Family Apartments (Affordable Project of the Year). Doug holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Portland State University and is a U.S. Army veteran (Staff Sergeant).
Robert Anderson
General Superintendent
Robert Anderson serves as Ironcore's General Superintendent, currently leading field operations on a five-over-three podium multifamily community in Burlingame. He brings deep large-scale multifamily field experience from nearly a decade at Greystar Construction, where he advanced to Senior Superintendent overseeing podium communities including the 441-unit Tasman East, the 636-unit San Antonio, and the 164-unit Elan mixed-use development in Mountain View. Robert is OSHA 30 certified with extensive training in excavation safety, SWPPP, and environmental compliance, and is recognized for site coordination, quality control, and the development of field teams.
Allan Shive
Scheduling Manager
Allan Shive leads scheduling for Ironcore, bringing 16 years in the construction industry and deep expertise in critical-path scheduling with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project. As a senior scheduler and project manager with Aegis Project Controls, he built baseline schedules, narratives, and performance analyses for general contractors and owners across Oregon, Hawaii, and California. His earlier field career as a superintendent with Pence Contractors spanned multifamily and senior-living projects, giving him a builder's perspective on schedule development and sequencing. Allan is proficient in Oracle Primavera P6, BIM 360, Procore, and Bluebeam.
